Frank E. Isabelle, MD, FACOG, CCD
Dr. Isabelle, in private practice at Women's Contemporary Health-Care for 12 years, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He is a graduate of Notre Dame and completed his residency at Ohio State University. On the staff at St. Ann's and Grant Medical Center, he is the president of Ohio Women's Health Partners, which serves as the staff for the OB/GYN clinic at Grant Medical Center. Dr. Isabelle is well known for his public lectures on menopause and mid-life issues. He has recently taken interest in osteoporosis and received his certification as a Certified Clinical Densitomitrist.

Patrick Muffley, DO, FACOG
Dr. Muffley is a board certified fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a graduate of Ohio University and completed his residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. His interests include all areas of obstetrics and gynecology with a special interest in the treatment of urinary incontinence, and minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopic hysterectomy and hysteroscopic sterilization. He has multiple publications for original research in peer reviewed journals, has made numerous national presentations, and has authored two book chapters. Dr. Muffley welcomes new patients and requests for consults.

Rebecca Wagner, CNM
Rebecca graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a nursing degree in 1997. She then served as an Army Nurse for 4 1/2 years in a variety of locations and positions. Her nursing experience is varied and includes labor and delivery and a visiting nurse to pregnant and new mothers. She went back to school and graduated with her Master's degree and certificate in Nurse-Midwifery. She is excited about working with women in all stages of their lives and feels especially privileged to work with women through pregnancy and birth.

Emily Neiman, CNM
Emily is passionate about caring for women throughout their lives, particularly during pregnancy and birth. She came to our practice as a student and joined the practice as a nurse-midwife. Emily grew up in Northeast Ohio, attended Kent State University, and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in psychology. She attended the University of Kentucky and earned a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology. She then attended The Ohio State University and graduated with her Master's degree and certificate in Nurse-Midwifery.

Cassandra Sampsell, CNM
Cassandra graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005. She then worked at Ohio State University Medical Center as an RN in a variety of areas including labor and delivery. It was there that she discovered her true calling, serving the women of our area throughout their lifespan. She attended graduate school at The Ohio State University and graduated with her Master’s degree and certificate in Nurse-Midwifery. Cassandra is very excited to join Women’s Contemporary Health-Care and to meet the wonderful women who are served by our practice.
